A charcuterie surprise on arrival
The staff's attention to detail impressed us, especially when Kyna left us a thoughtful note and a delicious charcuterie board after the concert.
We struggled with the limited dining options due to the conference taking over hotel amenities, which restricted our breakfast choices and other meals.

The room descriptions need precision regarding views!!! Restaurant closures for conferences are unfair to hotel guests who paid for their stay!!!

My room was super comfy! I had a King Guest Room with a stunning water view. The linens felt luxurious, and the bed was just perfect for resting. It was quiet, too, which was nice after a long day. I just wish I could've enjoyed that rooftop hot tub but the rain had other plans. Overall, really loved the vibe and decor.

Our group had an awesome time here! The location was perfect for our concert and the amenities were great. We really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub, and the complimentary shuttle made getting to places like Canada Place and the seawall a breeze. The food options were diverse and satisfying.
We faced a bit of a hassle at check-in. Despite calling ahead for an early check-in, we were told it wasn't possible, which made us late for our dinner reservation. It was a bit frustrating, but we managed.

This place has a stunning location right by the water! The amenities are top-notch, and the restaurants offer a lovely variety. I can't wait for round two in a few months!
The walls are so thin, I thought I landed in a soap opera! And who leaves a half-drunk bottle of wine in the room? Talk about spoiling the surprise!
